What we do with what you send

Privacy policy · effective October 29, 2026

Short version: you send us the inquiry form, it arrives in our email, and that’s where it stays. We don’t keep a database of visitors, and we don’t track you around the web.

Who we are

This site is run by Revival. The company behind it is Revivals LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, formed in 2026. You can reach us at info@rvvl.us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form on the contact page. Nothing is collected until you send it.

Name
So we know who to reply to.
Company or organisation (optional)
If you write for an organisation.
Email address
So we can reply.
Phone number (optional)
Only if you want to give it.
Country
The country you are in, because some work depends on where it happens.
Topic
The one of ten topics closest to your idea.
Message
What you want to do, in your own words.

The form also has a hidden field that people never see, to catch automated spam. It isn’t about you. The form also runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check, explained below.

Some links on this site open the form with a topic already chosen. They do that through the page’s web address (for example ?topic=arabic). That only picks the topic; it says nothing about you.

Emailed, not stored

When you send the form, the site emails it to a Revival inbox. It is not written to a database, and the site keeps no copy. The email stays in our inbox for as long as we need it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. If you’d like it deleted, write to us.

We use your details to answer your inquiry. We don’t add you to a mailing list, we don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service provider named below.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare, Inc. is the one service provider, in three roles:

Hosting
Cloudflare serves the site and runs the code that receives the form. Like any host, it processes technical data about each visit (IP address, the page asked for, browser type, time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Cloudflare’s own network may keep standard records under its privacy policy.
Turnstile
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs in your browser on the contact page only, and may look at browser signals and your IP address to decide. Our server receives only a pass or a fail. Turnstile is run by a third party, Cloudflare, and on the contact page it may collect information about your online activity. Cloudflare handles that information under its privacy policy.
Email delivery
Cloudflare’s email service sends the form to our inbox, where the person who answers it reads it.

We’ve turned off the per-request logs of the code that runs this site, so the web addresses people visit aren’t recorded in our own logs. Errors are still logged, without what you wrote in the form.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The one third-party script is Turnstile, on the contact page. There’s no banner to click because there’s nothing to consent to. If that changes, this page changes first.

Do Not Track

We don’t track visitors across websites or over time, so we treat every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Seeing, correcting or deleting what you sent

Write to info@rvvl.us and tell us which message is yours. Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will. We don’t sell or share personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is for adults writing for themselves or for an organisation. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change how the site handles your information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, which is October 29, 2026. We won’t use what you’ve already sent for a new purpose without asking you.
